Medical Doctorate (MD), Master of Public Health (MPH) and a University Doctorate (PhD Equivalent) in human nutrition with more than 30 years of experience in health field, including more than 20 years at International level as Senior Health Analyst/Expert in Public Health for multilateral and bilateral development finance institutions in developing and middle-income countries.

Senior Health Analyst at African Development Bank, Health, Population, Nutrition Regional Adviser at USAID Regional office for West and Central Africa and Consultant on behalf of the GH Pro Consulting Group and USAID-Benin; Islamic Development Bank, DG-ECHO/French Red Cross, WHO/HQ Geneva, UNICEF(Rwanda and Mauritania), and Management Sciences for Health Pritech Project (Boston, USA) in West, Central Africa, Indian Ocean and North Africa.

Proven experience in final evaluation and mid-term review of health programmes/Projects in Africa region

• As Consultant since 2011 (Djibouti, Benin, Guinea Conakry, Mali, Senegal, Tunisia, Chad) and ;
• As African Development Bank Staff for more than 15 years (Burundi, Cameroon, Chad, Congo Rep, DRC, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Guinea Bissau, Madagascar, Morocco, Rwanda, Senegal).
• As Consultant From 1987 to 1991: Cameroon, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Rwanda, Senegal .

• Extensive previous experience in leading multi-country/complex evaluations, in the field of public health nutrition and diseases emergencies (Cholera, meningitis, Ebola Virus disease, measles);
• More than 25 years work experience in conceptualizing, designing and implementation evaluations, reviews and /or research of large-scale health and nutrition programmes/projects;
• Expérience with operations and coordination with experience in evaluating partnerships and collaborative responses;
• Excellent management skills and ability to facilitate multi-partners engagement in the evaluation process;
• Proven in methodology and management programmes with perfect control of project cycle, the results-based logical framework, annual work program, budget, procurement procedure;
• Experience of conducting research or evaluation, MTR and final evaluation in West, Central Corn of Africa and Indian Ocean sub-region;
• Experience in institutional capacity building for Health Sector coordination and service delivery and in managing teams
• Experience in designing, managing and implementing large multisectorial program of regional and national strategies for the development or improvement of: (i) projects/programs, with an understanding of various stakeholders requirements; (ii) Nutrition and health information systems to facilitate early warning of food crisis, communicable and emerging diseases.
• Experience in participatory evaluation methods and multi stakeholder meetings facilitation;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Familiar with all Microsoft Offices Applications;
• Fluent in French and Good working level of english.
