Currently, I am working as Technical Director in USAID’s Esho Shikhi project. As technical lead of the USAID Esho Shikhi project, I provide technical guidance to government counterparts on interpreting, applying, and understanding policies, strategies, and processes, especially those related to early-grade reading components. I worked with Room to Read Bangladesh as Literacy Director. I led the country’s literacy and emergency education team of Room to Read Bangladesh to implement the literacy program and Rohingya Response Support Program in Cox’sbazar. I also worked with Save the Children International in various positions. I led the technical team to design and develop NFPE, MTBMLE (with ethnic minority groups), ECD curriculum, and related materials of the Basic non-formal education program.
