Male, Married, Christian, Light vehicle driver Mupangi is a seasoned agribusiness practitioner with techno-professional experience spanning for more than twelve (12) years. Some of his past roles include grant/sub grant and project management, value-chain development and market linkage, capacity building (program team skills training), policy research & advocacy, business development (fund raising, proposal writing and project proposal appraisal) as well as project support function - which pertains to human resources and grantee compliance concerns.
