NDAMUKUNDA Olivier

Ndamukunda Olivier is qualified Youth workforce development expert, experienced in program administration and managing the implementation of complex project/program in diverse sectors, including youth/women empowerment and employment promotion, economic livelihoods, Entrepreneurship, education, sexual reproductive health and rights, and environmental protection. He has expertise in planning and managing the implementation of projects and grants funded by bilateral and international organizations such as USAID, EU, UNHCR, GIZ, CRS, World Vision, and Embassies. Olivier has a proven track record of successfully managing and leading project team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with donors, implementing partners and other various stakeholders. Olivier is highly skilled in conducting research, analyzing data, and developing evidence-based strategies to address project/program challenges. He possesses an in-depth understanding of the youth sector in Rwanda, having coordinated many projects and served voluntarily in several government-affiliated youth bodies, including the National Youth Council, the Rwandan Youth Volunteers in Community Policing, Students Clubs for Unity and reconciliation to name a few. He has outstanding interpersonal skills and is adept at developing strong networks and liaisons with diversified stakeholders.
