 Hands-on HIV Services Expert: 18 years’ experience in the public health sector, with demonstrated expertise in HIV-related health systems strengthening including health financing, human resources for health (HRH), innovations in HIV/Tb service delivery, private sector engagement, and commodities logistics. Pushed forward successful HIV/AIDS quality interventions including TB/HIV health facility quality initiatives to state-level stakeholders. Developed sustainability roadmaps for state governments on an HIV/AIDs program for which funds have now been allocated. Pioneered the engagement strategy for a public-private partnership initiative with the government on HIV service provision for the supported projects.
