 Hands-on HIV Services Expert: 18 years’ experience in the public health sector, with demonstrated expertise in HIV-related health systems strengthening including health financing, human resources for health (HRH), innovations in HIV/Tb service delivery, private sector engagement, and commodities logistics. Currently provides technical assistance and management on USAID-funded technical assistance and direct HIV and COVID service delivery (EpiC) project. Cross-cutting health specialist able to advise donors, stakeholders, and projects on leadership and governance, medical commodities logistics, health financing, and human resources for health.  Demonstrated Field-based Project Manager: Well-rounded project manager, with fifteen years of field-based experience in Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Liberia, and Kenya. Experienced in the use of innovative solutions to solve project challenges. Implemented innovative Decentralized Drug Delivery (DDD) models which were adopted across multiple countries to address COVID restrictions.  Academic Health Researcher: Master’s degree from Harvard University with a medical degree from the University of Ibadan in Nigeria. Leads and trains staff and stakeholders on task shifting in the health sector and service delivery, COVID Vaccination, HIV/AIDS and TB, quality improvement, workforce, and health financing issues.  Proven Client and Government Relationship Builder: Deep experience working with government stakeholders and agencies in Nigeria at both national and sub-national levels to inform, design, and implement successful projects. Pushed forward successful HIV/AIDS quality interventions including TB/HIV health facility quality initiatives to state-level stakeholders. Developed sustainability roadmaps for state governments on an HIV/AIDs program for which funds have now been allocated. Pioneered the engagement strategy for a public-private partnership initiative with the government on HIV service provision for the supported projects.
