I managed Climate Change programs in India and South Asia as a team leader of number of bilateral and multilateral programs .I have been instrumental for developing Indian Carbon Market and first IndoGerman bilateral Climate Change Adaptation Project for Sustainable Rural Development. As an Advisor, Climate Change Adaptation Project,South Asia of IFC ,The World Bank Group,I provided conceptual and strategic leadership to the regional teams in Bangladesh and Nepal. I served GIZ and DFID as India Director of Climate Change Programs and India Coordinator of European Commision`s Climate Change Policy Dialouge with India.I have been Member of International Advisory Board of Abengoa SA ,Spain and Central Electricity Regulatory Authority,Government of India.
