Over 30 years of experience as a manager and consultant in the international development aid sector, working with international non-governmental organizations (INGOs), the United Nations (UN), International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), and major donors/governmental agencies including Department for International Development (DFID), Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), and the European Union (EU). Expertise in programme management, operations management, mine action, safety and security risk management, and monitoring and evaluation (M&E). Extensive field experience in Cambodia, Lao People's Democratic Republic (Lao PDR), Iraq, Afghanistan, the Philippines, South Sudan, Syria, Palestine, and Colombia.
