More than 20 years of professional experience in planning, design and construction supervision mainly in water supply, sewerage, drainage, sanitation in projects in the context of emergency relief and development cooperation: master plans, feasibility studies, proposals (technical and financial), project implementations, backstopping and evaluations. 15 years of which in countries abroad. Long-standing experience as Project Manager/Team Leader/ Backstopper and Evaluator.
