Originally a bank manager, I am a business economist with a passion for impact and SDGs. I straddle finance and (international) development, lead teams on impact/ESG, operations, business development, M&E and IMM, Theory of Change/ Program design and change management. I am on top of all trends and developments along the social, and environmental spectrums. I love challenges, setting up new initiatives, teaching and coaching, creating networks, convening groups, achieving efficiencies and improvements and meeting targets. I have worked in the UK, Europe, Africa, SE Asia, N. America and L. America. I am a Dutch citizen and UK resident (settled status).
