My specialist areas of professional competency are in programme strategy development and management, participatory programme management, capacity building with decentralized lower government institutions and the Civil Society organisations, advocacy and fundraising, Rights Based Approach to programming, HIV/AIDS/Gender mainstreaming in long term development and Humanitarian programmes. My career goal is to provide strategic leadership in establishing and growing development programs - achieving fundraising and organizational growth objectives within small, medium and larger organizations in any operating context.
