Gilbert Joseph Kiracho has over twenty years of professional experience in Information Systems Management, Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, Data Analysis and Management, and Information Technology Skills Transfer. He has provided technical expertise to several development programs in the public sector funded by the World Bank, Danish International Development Agency (DANIDA), United Nations Development Program (UNDP), United Nations Capital Development Program (UNCDF), United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and Non-Governmental Organizations. Since 2013 Gilbert has been the Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for the Uganda Support to Municipal Infrastructure Development (USMID) Program, a US$ 510 million World Bank-funded program operating in 10 cities, 12 municipalities, and 11 districts hosting refugees.
