A decade of international experience across Africa in the rural development sphere, particularly in evidence-based gender equality, women’s economic empowerment, youth employment and policy analysis in agriculture, food security and nutrition, and rural development. Have contributed significantly to reducing gender base violence and closing the gender gap in rural communities in sub-Saharan Africa by promoting youth-led and women-led agribusiness, entrepreneurship in agriculture value chains through social interventions and poverty reduction. This includes though project development, implementation, resource mobilization, stakeholder’s engagement and facilitation. Worked with countries and Regional Economic Communities, supporting them to conduct Country Gender Profile and other Gender-based analysis
