Rana Mousa

An accomplished program and performance manager with over 20 years of progressively senior experience on long- and short-term assignments in the West Bank and Gaza, Iraq, Jordan, and South Sudan. I have 15 years of senior management experience and a deep understanding of regulatory and compliance issues pertaining to USAID, the World Bank, and EU funded operations. Key areas of experience include microfinance, local government reform, infrastructure, institutional capacity development, gender, poverty reduction and community development programs through grants and multilateral funding. Within my program and performance management knowledge base, I have experience in program design, implementation, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL), reporting, and dissemination of stories of change. I also have demonstrated skills in consensus-based management, team building linked to results-based performance. Additional experience includes assembling and managing diverse teams as well as experience working with private sector, government and economic development partners.
