Ronald Walter MUTARINDWA

Am a chartered Certified Accountant, with varied experience at both strategic and technical level. I am a seasoned auditor with both private and public sector exposure. I have worked with a big MNC for almost eight years that exposed me into good work control environment where I worked as a senior auditor.

I was selected on a steering committee where I was instrumental in the start-up of department such audit & investigation and later VAT,and designed documents and put controls in place, which I gladyhappy to menthion that the control are still effective and working. I undertook various investigation in the energy sector that was prone to tax evasion I did training of new staff and lead on their field audit to ensure the tax audit tecniques were being developed annd appropriate methodology was being used. I have undertaken tax due diligence exercises for multinational company in the construction sector I have undertaken restructuring project in government of Rwanda which saw the establishment of one investment stop centre. I have undertaken public sector audit of the Government of Uganda specifically in local authorities, and whose success has elevated us to the next level I have carried out external audit of several multinational companies and both local and international NGOs. I trained staff in our NGOs tha we audited as a way of imparting knowledge premised on transfer of skill as a value addition.

I have aslo conducted financial due deligence on some NGOs funded by world bank prior to financial statememnts audit and the reports were unqualified.
