Ms. Blanco has been a Financial and Administrative Manager for several USAID-funded projects since 2005. She has almost 15 years related senior-level experience in finance management and /or project administration for USAID contractors in El Salvador this includes managerial skills. She is a results-oriented, team player with ability proved to apply and assure compliance with USAID regulations and procedures. She is proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project. She has excellent oral and written communications skills, and has highly proficiency at R4 and S4.
