Sara Johansson de Silva

I have 25+ years of experience of providing analytical and advisory services to governments and different international organizations in and on a diverse set of countries, in Africa, Eastern and Central Europe, Commonwealth of Independent States, Latin America and Asia, and have been conducting policy dialogue at the highest level. Recent projects have also included designing and evaluating interventions aiming to boost skills development, job creation and productivity through collaborations with private multinational companies. I am the main author of numerous publications and reports in the area of labor markets, poverty analysis, gender and aid effectiveness/evaluation.
