Leadership and management experience within a range of public and private sector organisations: including, e.g: PricewaterhouseCoopers; the African Development Bank (AfDB); and the UK Department for International Development (DFID). Track record of leading large portfolios (circa £370 million) in complex environments, and leading large teams (200+) of permanent staff and consultants. Over 20 years experience covering 27 countries (in Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East, North Africa, Asia, and Europe) and a range of technical areas: public expenditure; anti-corruption; public sector management; and service delivery. Sector experience includes: humanitarian assistance, climate change, private sector investment; infrastructure; health; education; & social protection.
