Undertaken projects in central and local public administrations to streamline the processes, improve the business environment, provision of public services, increase transparency and collaboration between state institutions and businesses. Developed strategic documents such as Moldova 2020 Reform Agenda, ICT Industry Competitiveness Strategy, Digital Moldova 2020 Strategy, e-Health Strategy, IT Industry and Innovation Ecosystem Development Strategy. Worked on streamlining the business registration procedures, licensing and authorization using the “Single Window” approach of construction permits, food export related permits and other local and central government’s permits and licenses. Managed the full cycle for development of industry excellence and innovation centers both infrastructure and all technical activities for developing Creative Industries Development Center Artcor, Digital Media Production Center, Regional Innovation Center, FabLab network in Moldova.
