With over 10 years of experience in working agricultural development projects across diverse rural settings, I am confident in my ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives aimed at enhancing food security, promoting sustainable practices, and improving livelihoods. Throughout my career, I worked in different multi-institutional project bringing together a consortium of international research structures from the CGIAR (IITA, ICRISAT), national (INRAN for Niger and IER for Mali), National rural sector NGOs, seed companies and Ministries of Agriculture and youth entrepreneurship. My core strengths lie in strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, and adaptive management. I bring extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E), budget oversight, team leadership, and donor reporting – all essential to ensure the successful delivery and scaling of country-level agriculture programs.
