Good team-building skills and ability to lead results-based activities; proficiency in developing, implementing and monitoring budgets; strategic and operational documents; proven experience in designing, planning, managing, monitoring and evaluating projects and programmes; proven experience in leadership, mentoring and staff development. Demonstrated experience in grant mobilisation and writing requests and reports to partners/donors; good knowledge of project management tools (project cycle, logical framework, project proposal, reporting, etc....); ability to write technical and financial reports, including quarterly and annual progress reports, advocacy with development partners In terms of administrative management, organise, schedule and participate in high-level meetings, experience in personnel management and evaluation of salary components, evaluation of activities and strategies with recommendations. Prepare, participate in and present strategic documents and results to the Board of Directors.
