I am a qualified, experienced and dedicated international humanitarian and development worker, specializing in project management, training facilitation, monitoring, and evaluation and reporting and have worked in multi-cultured and multi-disciplined team under pressures, tight deadlines with minimal supervision. I have been involved in large-scale programs in Africa and South Asia to help capacity development of human resources in various development sectors since last 22 years.
