Design of Concrete Mix for various grades. • Highways works- Mechanized surface dressing, use of hot mix plants for asphalt works, Superpave, use of sensor pavers for bituminous surface, construction and modern survey techniques including use of GPS, Electronic Total stations and Geometric design. CPM/PERT technique for monitoring progress of work. • Expert in the usage of Bentley MX Roads & MX Renew, Auto Plotter, MS Project 2016 & Primavera P6 and MS Office, other software applications, etc., • Follow up on the timely acquisition of Land, Removal of encumbrances, acquisition of necessary approval and permits, etc., Liaison with government/local bodies of permits, clearance & permits etc., Ensuring adequate deployment of resources and ensuring the effectiveness of resources. • Adept in handling Audits, preparation of claims, claim analysis, delay Analysis, forensic checking, auditing of projects, construction contracts and scheduling, construction law, construction disputes, dispute resolution and dispute adjudication.
