Dr. Ibrahim-Huber has over 30 years of experience as a National, Regional and International Specialist working in Gender and Development. Her emphasis is on Gender analysis and evaluation, as well as strategy and policy formulation. She has worked extensively across various sectors such as institutional development, education, water management, agriculture, small business development, community development and health, both in rural and urban settings. She is also an experienced trainer in gender conceptual rational,, community development, institutional development, planning and qualitative research and evaluation techniques in the socio-economic sector. Dr. Ibrahim-Huber is an advanced evaluator with experience in a wide range of evaluation approaches focusing on gender and human rights responsive and mixed methods. Dr.Ibrahim-Huber is an experienced Advisor for Non-governmental Organizations in issues pertaining to Institutional Analysis and Development. She also has numerous experiences as Moderator and Facilitator of various types of workshops.
Dr. Ibrahim-Huber has extensive work experience across the regions of Middle East, North Africa, South East Asia as well as Sub-Saharan Africa.
She has worked with a variety of international organizations including, USAID, EU, UNDP, World Bank, CIDA, IFAD, CARE, GIZ and Agha Khan Foundation.
