Tira Malino is a highly experienced Qualitative Researcher with expertise in various areas, including research-based advocacy; policy and local government planning, budgeting and advocacy strategy; poverty studies and ethnography; child and youth studies; women's economic empowerment and inclusive financial approach; gender and social inclusion (GEDSI) analysis, and assessment, monitoring, learning, data collection and evaluation. Tira has undertaken consultancy assignments for various multilateral institutions, including NABU, UNICEF, UNRC, Women's World Banking, World Vision, DFAT, USAID, and Oxfam. She also serves as the head of the Inspirasi Negeri Foundation, a social development enterprise that supports research and training for NGOs.
