With 20 years of international experience, I have played a key role in global development projects funded by the WB, ADB, FCDO, JICA, and BMZ. My expertise includes policy drafting, water ecology, climate-resilient urban planning, and sustainable development research. Notably, I contributed to Bangladesh’s 8th Five-Year Plan (2021-2025) and developed a climate-resilient investment framework for municipal growth. I have extensively published on sustainable urban development.
