25 years experience in engineering construction for transport infrastructure projects, that includes extensive management and supervision of major road, highway and bridge construction projects. This experience encompasses project management and administration with work exclusively in roads and highways, in five countries on projects funded by international agencies and involving contracts based on FIDIC conditions.
