I am a collaborative leader, making things happen and navigating through ambiguity to define the vision and inspiring teams to achieve the impossible. ◆ IMPACT ➞ Championed the eradication of child marriage in the Dominican Republic through effective communications approach to key stakeholders in the country. ➞ Launched a successful global advocacy campaign in Egypt, “Because I Am a Girl” and designed and introduced projects in Uganda and Egypt to end harmful traditional practices and response to large humanitarian crises. ➞ Grew the grant portfolio from $4M to $15M by engaging new bilateral donors and cultivating new corporate partnerships. ◆ WHAT OTHERS SAY “I had the privilege of working with Virginia.
