I am an BE-Electrical, MBA (PM), certified PMP, with 14 years of exp. majorly in Government advisory, Developmental sector, Energy Consulting, currently working consulting for Smart Cities-ICT domain in managing overall program and project management by providing functional expertise on ERP/e-Gov, Cloud Deployment, IOT, ICCC, SCADA Systems, Fibre Infra and their Integrations, etc. Apart from this, with a special focus on energy & environment sector covering development cooperation projects, capacity building & organisational development on latest technologies and its use, Smart urban infrastructure, Solid waste management, waste to energy, Municipal & Agriculture demand side management covering water management, asset management, being associated at various levels for doing entire project management, performance evaluation, managing investment grade audits and sustainable development with multi sectorial experience in India and abroad. Currently, I am working in Smart City domain where my major role covers the entire project management in handling multiple stakeholders for implementing smart city solutions like Solid waste management, Environmental sensors, Smart urban Infrastructure, etc and its integration with ICT solutions including ERP/ E-Gov, Cloud infrastructure consulting, etc. I also have the privilege to work in the International assignment through my latest posting at TNB (Power & Distribution company, Government of Malaysia) based in Kuala Lumpur as a Sr. Subject Matter expert for Energy & Utility domain where my main role consists of assisting, guiding IT team for building sustainable solutions for utility assets, smart metering (AMI) and grid solutions, demand side energy usage optimization and its operation in Energy & utility domain. I also have very good insight of working at the International Developmental Agency vide my working at the United Nations Development Program as a Project Manager in which Ministry of Railways and Ministry of Steel was the nodal partner. This project was worth 50 million USD and the specific job role involves working for enhancing energy efficiency at the Railway sector. It also involved technology hand-holding, vendor management & development (India level), Entire program & project management, project evaluation & financial delivery, vendor development, grant management, multi-level stakeholder management, client interaction, developing energy efficiency projects, in consultations with senior Government officials (National Project Directors). I understood the dynamics of various Governmental Agencies and Departments of GoI through association of myself in different prestigious projects. Notable among them is a Pan-India project for Municipal sector that was driven by BEE, GoI. It includes detailed utility usage and asset performance studies for 175 cities (17 states) of India in Pumping, Sewage pumping, municipal buildings, Municipal & Agricultural demand side management, Preparation of Annual Energy Saving plan for Pumping sector for HP state in India. It also includes the ESCO conceptualization and development of projects on ESCO model through JNNURM mission. It includes state government consultation along with ESCO Company to implement the project for individual state (s) in India. To sum up my experiences, I have the 365-degree knowledge assets in Energy & Utility asset monitoring energy efficiency with high degree of techno-managerial content and capability, blended with good communicating, liaising, training documentation skills through which I am confident of executing challenging assignments with high level of efficiency and effectiveness. It would be really an honor to be part of the highly competent and professional team.
