The Role
The Applications Administrator is responsible for the technical administration, maintenance, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting issues relating to software applications and server infrastructure of DT Global Business Systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• IT Systems administration, maintenance, backups, upgrades and patching of our existing Business Systems software and server’s footprint
  e.g. ERP, Credit Card Expense Management, Payroll, HRIS, Project Management Portal/Systems, Custom Applications and associated Automations.
• Ensure the smooth operation of business systems by addressing and troubleshooting technical issues related to software applications and server infrastructure.
• Systems Consolidations and Upgrade Projects
• Contribute to establishment, maintenance and improvement of various knowledgebase and procedures & policies.
• Act on system security events and violations.
• Backup and recovery planned and unplanned.
• User management, and internal audits in accordance with security policies.
• Systems administration, maintenance, upgrades, and patching of existing Systems is implemented in accordance to polices and change management process.
• Work collaboratively with the wider Operations and IT Teams within the region and globally.
• Ensure where appropriate incidents are escalated to the appropriate teams, management, or service providers according to established procedures.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in similar roles with relevant tertiary/industry qualifications
• Proficient with the following systems in implementation, management and problem solving:

o Microsoft (Active Directory, SQL Server, Windows Server, SharePoint)

o Basic to Intermediate SQL Scripting Skills

o Cloud Platforms (e.g., Azure, 365)

o QuickBase or similar MIS platforms

o .net ASP desirable.

• Multi-system integration of data (Export and Import)
• Consolidation of systems and onboarding new teams & their data
• Knowledge of systems security, administration practices, standards and policies.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and problems at once and to be able to work within prioritised frameworks.
• Liaison with software vendors for problem solving, applying patches, etc.
• Flexibility when working across multiple time zones within Asia Pacific.
• Time management and communication skills (both written and oral)
• Strong delivery outcomes and customer service focus.
