About TSSP Phase 3
The PNG–Australia Transport Sector Support Program Phase 3 (TSSP3) is a critical, high-priority Australian investment that stands to make a major contribution to PNG development outcomes.
Working closely with the Government of PNG (GoPNG), TSSP3 will build on the significant body of achievements, lessons, and relationships from the past 17 years of operation and will continue to contribute to the achievement of the overarching goal of:
‘A more effective, efficient, and inclusive transport system, enabling the economic and social development of PNG.’
Gender Equity, Disability Equity, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) and Social and Environmental Safeguards, Locally Led Development (LLD), Climate Change and Disaster Resilience (CCDR) and Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, Learning and Adapting (MERLA) are a key focus for the program and are integrated into all of TSSP3’s activities and operations.
This phase of TSSP3 will run from November 2023 to November 2028.
The Role
The Senior Design and Multimedia Coordinator (Senior Coordinator) will lead the design, branding and multimedia production work of the program. This includes developing creative assets for print and digital platforms, managing multimedia projects (photography, video, infographics, social media content) and ensuring consistent application of visual identity guidelines across all communications products.

About You
Selection criteria
Essential experience and knowledge
· Tertiary qualification in graphic design, multimedia, communications or related field
· At least 5 years’ experience in design and multimedia production
· Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Microsoft Office (formatting high-quality design in Word)
Technical
· Strong photography and videography skills, including post-production editing
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines
· Strong coordination skills, including managing external suppliers
· Excellent attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency
· Experience working in international development, government or donor-funded programs
· Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
· Experience in social media content creation and optimisation
· Proven ability to work on internet and website editing platforms/tools (e.g. SharePoint)

· Strong interpersonal, communication, representational and cross-cultural skills
· Ability to apply independent judgement and influence, and develop consensus on difficult and controversial issues, balancing multiple stakeholder expectations and objectives

· Understanding of PNG cultural context and ability to represent diverse voices
