Qualification and skills
- University degree (at least a Master’s degree) in public finance, banking or business management or equivalent, or experience in respective field(s) of required expertise of minimum 10-years;
- Ability to work in multicultural environment and with large number of institutions, knowledge of international donors’ practices and requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
General professional experience
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in the field of public/business finance and banking
- International professional experience is required.
- Knowledge of the Egyptian banking sector would be considered an asset.
- Experience with sustainable financing would be considered an asset.
