Qualification and skills

• At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Sciences or related field
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written Arabic Knowledge of Arabic is an asset.

General professional experience

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in the field of digitalization, development of projects in technologies related to the digital transformation of institutions, preferably in the public sector
• Experience related to team and project management (at least 3 years).
• Experience in the MENA region, particularly in government or public sector would be an asset.
• Good knowledge of web and mobile applications working principles

Specific professional experience

• Knowledge and or experience of the development and implementation of e-government systems in the field of environmental management would be an asset.
• Proven track record of experience in initiating and executing technology-driven strategies and innovations within governmental frameworks.
