The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) is implementing health sector reforms in Bangladesh, supported by the World Health Organization (WHO). This position will provide operational and administrative support for documentation, reporting, and knowledge-sharing processes related to the Health Sector Reform Programme, ensuring that all reform outputs, reports, and communication materials are systematically compiled, maintained, and disseminated within the Coordination and Operations Cell (COC).

The position will ensure that all reform outputs, reports, and communication materials are systematically compiled, maintained, and disseminated.
1. Documentation Management
- Compile and organize all reform-related documents, including reports, meeting minutes, policy briefs, and communication materials, ensuring systematic archiving and easy retrieval.
- Maintain an up-to-date electronic and physical filing system for all project-related documentation.
- Ensure that all documents are properly formatted, reviewed, and approved before dissemination.
- Support the preparation of progress reports, presentations, and other knowledge products by gathering and synthesizing information from various sources.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of a knowledge management platform for sharing reform-related information with stakeholders.
2. Reporting and Communication Support
- Assist in the preparation of regular progress reports, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.
- Support the dissemination of reform-related information through various channels, including email, website updates, and social media.
- Coordinate the translation of documents and communication materials as needed.
- Maintain a database of key stakeholders and ensure timely communication of relevant information.
- Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and other events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
3. Administrative and Operational Support
- Provide administrative support to the Program Manager and consultants, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Provide logistical support for meetings, workshops, and other events, including arranging venues, catering, and transportation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Manager.
