Role Purpose

The Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Manager will lead and proactively support the HSE function for ESIP. This will include effective management of HSE risk assessment and capacity development of the HSE team, whilst also ensuring adherence to HSE legislative and regulatory requirements of the DT Global, as well as legislative requirements of HSE within PNG.

About You

Key selection criteria for the potential successful candidate includes:

  • Tertiary qualifications in science (Health Safety and Environment-HSE) or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 15 years of practice and demonstrated experience in a similar HSE Management role working for a large development program.
  • Extensive experience in safety management standards and risk assessments of work on construction projects
  • Comprehensive understanding and application of ISO45001 standards
  • Knowledge and/or experience of applying GEDSI and safeguards principles.
