· Australia’s Solomon Islands Resource Facility

· Solomon Islands Infrastructure Program

· PACER Plus Implementation Unit

· Pacific Horticultural and Agricultural Market Access (PHAMA) Plus

· Solomon Islands Threshold Program - Cross Cutting Program Support

About the Opportunity

DT Global envisages a number of roles that may become available within our programs for local and regional candidates across our sectors in the Solomon Islands. We are keen to tap into our local expertise and invite those seeking a career change or a career launch to apply to the Expression of Interest and include a concise CV and one-page cover letter. We are keen to attract and establish a pool of suitable candidates who may be contacted in the future to join our talent hub assessment centre.

Please note that this call for EOIs does not preclude the possibility of future open-merit recruitment processes but may be used for direct appointment of candidates when appropriate. Preference may be given to locally based candidates, with women and persons with disabilities are especially encouraged to apply.

Candidates with suitable skills, experience and career aspiration in the following areas are encouraged to apply:

· Gender Equity, Disability Inclusion and Social Inclusion (internationally remunerated with preference given to local or regional candidates, suited to those with senior experience with donor-funded programs)

· Program Management (internationally remunerated with preference given to local or regional candidates, suited to those with senior experience with donor-funded programs)

· Program coordination (suited to those with limited program and administration experience)

· Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (local candidates only, suited to those with experience developing or interested in applying MEL processes to donor-funded activities)

· Human Resources (local candidates only, suited to those who has studied HR as their background and for those with limited experience

· Project administration (suited to exceptional graduates or early career professionals with a wide range of relevant skills/qualifications)

· Procurement, grants, IT, communications and finance (suited to those with 10+ years of specialist and/or managerial experience).


As this is a call for EOIs only, there are no Terms of Reference or Job Descriptions available at this stage.

About You

· Passionate about what you do, and interested to become involved in delivering Australian Government funded development programs in the Solomon Islands

· Broadly meet the above-mentioned criteria

· Highly developed interpersonal skills, with expertise developing meaningful working relationships and sensitively navigating competing agendas in complex, cross-cultural environments
