RFQ: Renovation and Office Fit Out - Pacific Australia Skills

About the Proposal

Pacific Australia Skills invites suitably qualified and experienced companies to submit tenders for the renovation and office fit out of the Pacific Australia Skills Regional Head Office situated at L6 Ganilau House, Suva, Fiji. The scope of works includes, but is not limited to:

• Interior renovation of existing office space, kitchen and restrooms.
• Construction, installation, and fit out works as per approved architectural and engineering drawings.
• Electrical and mechanical installation.
• Furniture, fixtures, and equipment installation.
• Compliance with all relevant building, safety, and accessibility standards.

How to Apply Your response to this RFQ should consist of:

Attachment 1:

Part 1: Contractor’s Resources and Methodology (30%)

• Provide details of the key people and subcontractors that will undertake the Works.
• Tenderer’s proposed approach to delivering the works under the contract. Tenderer must demonstrate that it has the personnel and resources to successfully deliver the works under the contract. The methodology must include details of any proposed subcontractors.

Part 2: Experience & Expertise (30%)

• Demonstrated and relevant experience in construction of buildings in Fiji. This will include evidence of good works for building construction/ renovations, electrical and plumbing.
• Contractor must provide at least 2 examples of past works of a similar size and value of the proposed works

Part 3: WHS &Safeguards Plan (10%)

• A plan indication how the work health safety and safeguard requirements of the project will be managed and met.

Attachment 2:

Financial Proposal (30%)

• Tenderers are required to provide a quotation for the entire renovation project with itemised pricing and breakdown of costs

Attachment 5:

Due Diligence Preliminary Partner Statement completed and signed. Refer to Attachment 5 in RFQ
