OVERVIEW
The Sr. Graphic Designer is responsible for managing the graphic design capabilities of the Global Engagement and Communications department and the ongoing flow of projects and requests from across the organization, working alongside a team of casual designers to execute high-quality visual materials that enhance Jhpiego’s global brand. As a member of the Global Engagement & Communications Department (GECO), the Sr. Graphic Designer will collaborate with GECO staff, as well as other Jhpiego departments, to produce, re-purpose, and enhance online, print and multi-media materials, including communications and fundraising materials, e-learning and multi-media training packages, presentations and program reports, manuals, information sheets, proposals, illustrations, graphics. The staffer also will oversee adherence to brand and marking plans and logo guidelines. The Sr. Graphic Designer will oversee incoming graphic design requests from inside and outside the department on a daily basis, ensuring projects are promptly assigned, deadlines are met, and high quality is maintained by casuals and consultants. This role is the final set of eyes on all key graphic design requests for the organization.

JHU Equivalency Formula: 30 undergraduate degree credits (semester hours) or 18 graduate degree credits may substitute for one year of experience.
