    The Chinese municipality of Lanzhou will be

    from the Asian Development Bank. The money will support the development of a sustainable urban transport system in the city. This project aims to reduce transport cost and time as well as cut the city's greenhouse gas emissions. The local municipal office will execute the project, which is expected to be completed by December 2014.
