The year is ending on somewhat of a high, with food and agriculture having been central to the conversations and outcomes at the U.N. climate summit COP 28. There’s a real sense among food systems folks that the silo has been broken down, that a topic perhaps once regarded as niche is now mainstream and central to the climate change conversation.
