    Germany has pledged 4 million euros (USD5.96 million) in humanitarian assistance for drought- and

    in the Horn of Africa. The aid will help facilitate relief operations of the World Food Program, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and several German nonprofits. It will be spent to provide water and immediate relief in Ethiopia, distribute food in Kenya, and supply water and medicines in Somalia.
