- Global Health and Access: JSI ensures essential health services reach the people who need them most. This includes work to:
- Increase immunization coverage, reaching over 2.8 million infants annually with vaccinations in 7 countries.
- Prevent and treat infectious diseases, like increasing the multidrug-resistant TB treatment success rate to 75% in the Kyrgyz Republic.
- Education and Workforce Readiness (Led by World Education, A JSI Initiative): JSI unlocks human potential through learning, helping youth and adults develop the skills they need to thrive in a modern world. This includes work to:
- Support adult educators in the U.S. to integrate digital skills and resilience resources, reaching over 50,000 learners.
- Advance learning solutions that equip learners of all ages to thrive. In a pilot program in Ghana, 72% of out-of-school girls increased reading test performance using AI-powered learning through our partnership with Google.
- Digital Transformation and Systems Efficiency: JSI leverages the power of data and technology to improve outcomes and operational efficiency. This includes work to:
- Equip health providers with digital tools to serve clients efficiently, such as the 5,500 providers serving 16 million clients in Ethiopia.
- Advance policy and practice in primary and behavioral health, supporting integrated care for over 40 million people in the U.S.
