Summary

I have over 20 years' work experience in development and humanitarian program management with INGOs and in highly insecure environments. I managed large portfolio programs (circa USD 30 million annually) in economic recovery and development, support to institution building of governments, education programing, civil society development, livelihoods, youth skills development, women protection and empowerment, resilience, emergency responses, cash programming, health/nutrition, micro finance, monitoring and evaluation, and WASH. This is coupled by proven leadership skills, strong commitment, professional standards and flexibility in devising proactive responses to changing environments and conditions. Key technical strengths include program/grants management, resource mobilization, program development, monitoring and evaluation, coordination and networking, capacity building, strategy development, organizational/institutional development and proficiency in human resource, administration, financial management, procurement and logistics. Additionally I have strong familiarity and experience with donor regulations/Guidelines/Policies (i.e. USAID, DFID, ECHO, Dutch MoFa, AusAID, DEC, UNHCR, UNICEF, CIDA, Sida, Irish Aid, World Bank etc.).
