Spanning through the last 27 years, I have worked in various supply chain management and business development functions in the following sectors: Consultancy/training, FMCG/manufacturing, Retail/e-commerce, international trade and development. My experience cuts across production operations, service centre/administration, as well as procurement, warehousing, logistics, inventory management, haulage and distribution. I am versed in the following skills & competencies: sales & marketing, business development, procurement, logistics and inventory management, as well as training, coaching/people development, cross-functional team leadership, emotional intelligence, business development, financial accountability, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Microsoft office packages/IT, performance management & development and business process systems management. I hold a PG Cert. in Operations and Supply Chain Management, with a PGD in Business Management as well as HND in Applied Chemistry. My qualifications are enhanced with professional certifications inclusive of Chartered member of Institute of Logistics & Transport (CMILT), Fellow in Supply Chain Management (FSCM), Fellow and Chartered Public Manager (FCPM). I am a Certified Trainer in Logistics & Supply Chain Management and also a Certified e-Procurement Practitioner (CEPP) and Certified International Supply Chain Consultant (CISCC). I have attended various trainings and workshops; locally and oversees. I was trained at CCHBC/NBC, Frigoglass, UNDP and Marie Stopes Learning Centres respectively, (as a team leader, production manager, procurement, logistics & supply chain expert and business developer). On the international scene, I am certified in Bottling Line Equipment Operations having attended Krones Akademie Teknik workshop in May, 2000 in Germany. Moreover, In October, 2018, I was at Midlands Meet-the-Supplier Conference Birmingham, UK. Since 1996, I have evolved as an expert and ace Consultant in Supply Chain Management, administration and service centre operations, playing major leadership and results-driven roles, which includes end-to-end supply chain, from strategic procurement and sourcing of materials to the make-and-move operations of goods/services pan-Nigeria and West Africa.
