Mr. Aman is a development professional, obtained MBA from IBA and Bachelor in Animal Science from Bangladesh Agricultural University, have more than 14 years of experience nine years in post-conflict, humanitarian, early-recovery, and development environments in East and West Africa, the Middle East, and South-East and South Asia. He has extensive expertise in the international humanitarian and development system and how local solutions can play a crucial role in solving challenges. His management, leadership, programmatic, and finance experience align with direct and significant experience in results-based management, business process re-engineering, and strategic planning. The last ten years of his professional life have required to play a significant and often primary fundraising and implementation role. Portfolios under Aman’s responsibility have ranged in size from $5 million to over $20million. Staffing tables in-country offices he has led have exceeded 200 staff, including both international and local teams. Aman delivered funds of the European Commission and almost every significant institutional donor (USAID, EU, UKAID, NMFA, GAC, GFFO, ECHO).
