I am a development researcher with 11 years of applied practice. My expertise includes DPP preparation, Impact Evaluation (Ex-ante, midterm and Ex-post), Monitoring and Result Framework development. I am a registered planner who partakes education on development studies, urban and regional planning, and project planning & management. I have working experience on development planning; policy analysis & public investment management; project/program evaluation practices e.g. Result-Based Monitoring, Logical Framework Approach, Theory of Change; Livelihood, NRM and Sustainability; DRM; TiP & child protection; and on participatory approaches (PRA, RRA, CAP, social mapping) for community development.
