I have excellent combination of academic & professional experiences. More interestingly have diverse educational and work experiences; Engineering to management and law, national to international, technical to administrative, humanitarian to development field in multinational and multicultural environment. My strength is I can accommodate very comfortably in any complex working environment and able to tackle the problem easily. I have master degree in business administration, Bachelor degree in law and diploma in engineering. I have thirty two years of experiences of which twenty six years in financial management and procurement with Government, UN Agencies, IFAD and World Bank and ADB funded projects.
