Experience working with rural infrastructure, irrigation construction & supervision, capacity building and institutional, agricultural projects, horticultural crops, and climate-change. • Work experience as permanent employee, and short- and long-term consultant in projects developed by federal and local government entities/FAO/IISD (International Institute for Sustainable Development)/UNDP/Organization of American States (OEA)/USAID/ German Agency for International Cooperation (GTZ)/ Canadian International Development Agency CIDA)/Non-Governmental Organization (OXFAM - Quebec). • Developing and implementing more than 20 successful consultancies. Excellent understanding of aspects related to hydrology | environmental impact studies | agricultural diversification |water scarcity | irrigation development | multi-cropping production systems for low-income indigenous producers | promoting exports of vegetables produced under greenhouses |commercial evaluation of biological products | water users association institutional strengthening |self-governed irrigation systems |large-scale irrigation project construction supervision • Capacity to construct a solid institutional relationship with national partners responsible as agricultural policy decision makers and development through meetings, workshops and knowledge sharing sessions. Highly familiar with the preparation of technical progress reports and didactic materials.
