I have worked for 20 years as an international advisor, manager and trainer with bilateral agencies and INGOs. Have provided long, medium and short term assistance in Southern Africa on Human Resources and Organisation Development. I also have a wide-ranging hands-on-experience with planning, implementation and evaluation learning initiatives. Both pedagogical-methodological background and planner/analyser. Improve learning outcomes and school (management) efficiency and develop educational programmes, curricula and design courses and training manuals.
