Thoroughly familiar with the whole range of technical Customs procedures, EU legislation and other relevant international standards. Successfully directed implementation of ASYCUDA++ in Albania. I am working as Customs consultant since November 2006 with international experience in Moldova, Afghanistan, DR of Congo, Gibraltar, Kosovo, Tajikistan, Kazakstan, Bangladesh, Yemen and Somalia. Involved in various institutional Customs reforms tasks, particularly the implementation of new Declaration Processing Systems and related policy and procedures.
