As a Moroccan citizen, born in a developing country, I dedicated all my work, to improving living conditions in my community, by setting up women's empowerment programs, in the framework of cultural and international exchange, and the establishment of partnerships with local and international entities (governments, universities, NGOs, private sector,...). But also through participation, as manager or coordinator or expert, in various projects related to gender equality, women's rights, economic empowerment. and climate change. The constant search for new innovative approaches that can solve the most complex situations remains, in my opinion, a necessary approach, leading to the improvement of the living conditions and also conducting to fostering social integration in emerging countries, while respecting human and environmental values, exchange and better living together.
